Deniz Alkaç is a seasoned media entrepreneur and executive producer. He founded the digital-first content studio Bruut Amsterdam, which was acquired at the end of 2023, and is also the founder of international film production company 10/10.
Deniz began his career at 16, joining the Dutch broadcaster's talent program BNN University while writing a bi-weekly column on new media for NRC Handelsblad. At 17, he joined Radio 538's talent program before launching Bruut Amsterdam, the first Dutch content studio focused entirely on online video. One of its first projects was among the country's earliest large-scale YouTube campaigns.
Bruut Amsterdam grew into a leading content agency, earning a Cannes Lions shortlist, an FD Gazelle award as one of the Netherlands' fastest-growing companies, and multiple national and international creative awards. In 2021, Deniz was ranked #74 in DeMedia100 and #9 in the AdAgency50, the list of the Netherlands' most influential people in the industry.
At the end of 2023, after years of double-digit growth, Deniz chose to have Bruut Amsterdam acquired. He was more interested in creating impactful films and celebrating the craftsmanship behind them than in managing an ever-growing company. This passion for elevating craft over growth led him to launch 10/10 in May 2024.
Built on the belief that in a world where everyone can create content, only obsessive craft and uncompromising vision can create work that truly matters, 10/10 exists for moments when mediocrity is unthinkable. Guided by the motto "Average is Our Enemy," the company is based in Amsterdam with a curated network extending to London, Berlin, Cape Town, and Los Angeles. 10/10 transforms bold visions into culture-defining films through obsessive craft and uncompromising vision.
Deniz is at his best when the stakes are high and the creative ambition is even higher. He served twice as executive producer for the Dutch delegation's Eurovision music videos, with elements from the 2025 video concept later integrated into the live stage performance. He also led fast-turnaround government health campaigns during the COVID pandemic and collaborated in Hollywood with industry heavyweights like Scooter Braun on original formats for global platforms.
He thrives in strategic and complex situations, bringing a digital-native mindset, sharp decision-making, strong negotiation skills, and a deep commitment to shaping contemporary visual culture through bold, international collaboration.
